Pima County (Tucson, AZ) embarked on a major upgrade to its wastewater treatment facilities with major improvements to its two processing plants and connecting pipeline in order to meet new government health standards.  Greeley-Hansen/Parsons was selected as the program management consultant for this endeavor, and PC3 was a major participant in winning this program with its program management skills, tools and expertise.  For this program, PC3 was selected to setup and maintain the document management and collaboration tools to be used throughout the program.  Using the backbone of Primavera’s Contact Management software, PC3 established the business processes for all the important document functions, including correspondence, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, daily inspection reports, contract management, change management, and payment applications among other applications.  Creating what has become known as the Pima County Management Information System (PCMIS), the ROMP projects now have a uniform, automated document, workflow and collaboration tool that has greatly improved the management of the projects and reliability of document management and control.  PC3 continues to provide training, maintenance and auditing of the installed systems.
